UPCOMING EVENTS:

1. January 7:
All puja was begun again in the village today. Since the tsunami no temple had been opened as the villagers were "angry with God." However, Pujya Swamiji inspired them and comforted them, and all temples were opened again today.

Also, a community wide cricket match is planned for this afternoon, to re-instill a sense of joy in the lives of the villagers.

2. January 10:
The 16th day puja for all those whose lives were lost in the tsunami will be organized on the beach. The entire village will come together for this sacred puja.
